I don't know what the problem is but I have had alot of trouble getting information about the resort. Have sent emails asking questions and never hear back then had someone reply to another letter saying that I was upset that I hadn't heard anything and that person gave me some of the information that I asked for but then they said that they would send me a reply on Monday and that was 3 days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. Also asked another question and haven't heard anything from the resort as of 5 days ago, I don't know if this is just a screw up or if this is the normal treatment of someone that is thinking about spending several thousand dollars at the resort but hasn't made the bookings yet. I do know that I am at this time seriously thinking that if someone can't answer a few questions about the resort that maybe I shouldn't be spending the kind of money that I was planning on there. So far the only reason that I am still even thinking about CA is that I really like the picture that they sent me of this one girl, if I knew that she was able to be gotten at another resort I'd be very tempted to go there. Oh well guess I'm done bitching about it not that it'll do any good, Hope other people have better service from Customer service at CA.
